A CIDB Grade 9 main contractor requires an experienced Site Manager for a large commercial development in Gqeberha.
The contract runs for the duration of the project (approximately 24 months).
The role
- Manage all site activities, programme and subcontractors
- Ensure health, safety and quality compliance
- Report progress to the Contracts Manager and client
What you'll bring
- National Diploma or degree in Construction / Building Science
- 8+ years' site experience on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of the OHS Act and construction regulations
