Our client, a long-established JSE-listed financial services group, is seeking a commercially minded Senior Financial Manager to take ownership of group reporting and to partner closely with the CFO on strategy.
This is a visible, high-impact role suited to a qualified CA(SA) who enjoys combining technical excellence with business partnering.
The role
- Own monthly, interim and year-end group reporting under IFRS
- Lead the annual budget and rolling forecast process
- Partner with business unit heads on performance and capital allocation
- Manage and develop a team of six finance professionals
- Liaise with external auditors and the Audit & Risk Committee
What you'll bring
- CA(SA) with completed articles
- 8+ years' post-articles experience, 3+ in a management role
- Strong IFRS and consolidation experience
- JSE-listed or financial services exposure advantageous
- Confident communicator at executive level
