You will act as a trusted advisor to site leadership on talent, organisational design, employee relations and transformation.

- Advise leadership on people strategy, talent and succession
- Manage employee and industrial relations matters
- Drive employment equity and skills development plans
- Lead performance and reward cycles
What you'll bring
- Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- 6+ years' HR generalist / business partnering experience
- Strong labour relations knowledge (LRA, BCEA, EEA)
- Manufacturing environment experience
